Bliss Tea (nurturing for the Nervous system )

Ingredients:

4 parts Skullcap

1 part Chamomile

1 part Lavender

1 part Peppermint,

1 part Oat straw

1 part Fennel

1 part Gotu Kola

1 part Rose

1 part Lemon Balm



Bring a 4 cups of water to a boil. Turn off the heat, remove the pot from the burner, and add

¼ cup of your mixture, above. Cover the pot and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain off the herbs, drink throughout the day, and enjoy!
