1.5 cup of sunflower seeds
½ cup flaxseed
½ cup of buckwheat ( or ¼ Buckwheat and ¼ whole wheat or what you prefer)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tbsp. sea salt
1.5 cup of warm water
Mix the seeds, buckwheat and salt in a large bowl.
Add the warm water and let it stand for 20 minutes until all water has been absorbed.
Warm the oven 320 F.
Have two baking sheets ready with parchment paper. Flatten the mixture as thin as possible making sure no thin areas or holes will be in the crackers.
Bake for 1 hour.
Break them up in pieces
Serve with home made hummus, avocado, tomato etc.
