Oatmeal breakfast




1/2 cup raw (uncooked organic whole, or Gluten free) Oatmeal 1 Tsp Ghee or Coconut oil

½ cup of Organic Milk or Almond Milk (or any other nut milks or water)

1 Tsp Ground Flax Seed

1 Tsp of Chia Seeds Optional:

Fresh honey, Maple Syrup or Maple Sugar

Banana, Cranberries


Directions:

Put Ghee or coconut in a pan, Add the Oats.

Add ½ cup of water and ½ cup of almond milk and cook over low heat until all water is absorbed, about 20-30 mins.


Sprinkle 1/8 Tsp of Cinnamon powder and a pinch of nutmeg or Cardamon on top of your oatmeal when done.
