Gut Lining and Anti-inflammatory tea


1 part Marshmallow

1 part Licorice

1 part Slippery Elm

Blend all the herbs, use ¼ cup herbs and 4 cups water, bring to a boil, turn off, cover and steep.

Add coconut or almond milk to taste

1 part Shatavri

1 part Raw Cacao nibs

1 part Slippery Elm


Blend all the herbs, use ¼ cup herbs and 4 cups water, bring to a boil, turn off, cover and steep.

Add coconut or almond milk to taste.

(a slice of raw ginger is beneficial as well, for taste and digestion)
