Mix together:

2.5 cups of almond flour

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp baking soda

½ cup of buckwheat flour

½ tsp cinnamon, cardamom, ginger

¼ tsp nutmeg, clove

Mix together:

½ cup of coconut oil

½ cup of maple syrup

1 Tbsp Vanilla extract

1.) Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients

2.) Fold in ½ cup coarse chopped dark chocolate ( tcho unsweetened baking chocolate)

3.) Refrigerate at least 20 mins

4.) Preheat oven to 350F

5.) Use 1 heaping TBSP per cookie in a ball. Gently flatten with palm to about ¼” inch thick

6.) Bake 9-12 minutes

7.) Cool for 20 mins
