4 oz. of Fennel

2 oz. of cardamom seeds

1 oz. of orange peel

½ oz. cinnamon bark

Use all cut & sifted herbs for storage and boiling. This recipe make enough for 7 quarts of tea.

Take 1 oz. of this blend (about ¼ cup). Add to 6 cups of water along with 2 tsp fresh grated ginger. Boil down to 4 cups (about 15-30 min on low)

The longer you boil, the stronger the tea

If desirous of caffeine, you may float 1-4 bags of your choice in the tea after boiling.

Add up to 2 cups of milk/milk substitute and sweeten to taste.

Keep warm to serve.
