Working with an Ayurvedic, Yoga and Jyotish Practitioner is a physical, emotional, and spiritual journey toward optimum health and peace of mind. As a practitioner she is one part doctor, one part counselor, and one part coach and supports you to create a life of balance and to heal from any condition that you may be experiencing.
Through Ayurveda we prescribe herbal and dietary and lifestyle recommendations to deal with the physical body, through Yoga we primarily work on breathing exercises and meditation/visualization practices accompanied by supportive āsana (exercise) to take care of the subtle body (mind). Through Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) we address disorders caused by karmic blockages (at the Soul level).
All three sciences maintain as a philosophical foundation that we all have different needs in this life. There is no best method for everyone, the supreme method is the one which brings the individual into harmony and balance.
Coaching empowers individuals to look at core beliefs or ways of acting that may not be beneficial. Coaching sessions use Ayurveda, Yoga and Jyotish to guide healing of any Mental Health issues, Autoimmune disease or Gut Healing topics.
Insight is gained from techniques that guide you to your own clarity by understanding your own inner structures. Integrating these 3 sciences in a coaching program opens up ways of seeing that were not present or possible before.
